Brunswick Baths Redevelopment

Redevelopment of the Heritage Brunswick Baths include new 22 metre indoor pool, water play pool, spa, sauna and steam room. A new external 8 lane 50 metre pool and splash pad with sunshading provides state of the art aquatic facilities for the local community. Daycare/program, Wellness, RPM, Group Fitness, Cardio Room and Gymnasium areas complete the leisure program.

ESD plays an integral part in the ongoing operation including cogeneration, rainwater harvesting, double glazing, R rated walls and roofs including passive landscaping to provide a modern Aquatic & Leisure facility while successfully retaining the grandeur of the original heritage architecture.
